I recently had the pleasure of being a guest on two very different, yet equally engaging podcasts. If you’ve ever wondered about the "why" and "how" behind my work and creative process, these episodes cover it all—from the early days of my career to the cosmic connection between creativity and play.

Turning Play into a Creative Career

with Stacy Raine

My interview with Stacy Raine, of Raine Media, was a lively and fun conversation where we retraced my steps back to the beginning of my toy photography career. We talked about the transitions, the challenges, and those "lightbulb moments" that helped shape the studio into what it is today. If you're looking for an inside look at my professional path, this is a really great one to check out.

Creativity, Play, and Astrophysics

with Lee Allentuck

I also joined Lee Allentuck for his show, "This Podcast Needs A Name." This was a unique session, as I was interviewed alongside the brilliant and delightful astronomer, research scientist, and science communicator Michelle Thaller. We took a deep dive into the concept of creativity and the essential role of play in our lives and respective careers. It was fascinating to bridge the gap between the art of storytelling and the wonders of science through the lens of imagination.

In my interview with Stacy we discuss the very first toy photo I ever took, and the impact it had on my life and career. This is that photo:

I’d love to hear what you think after you give these podcasts a listen!

And please check out the other podcasts on Stacy and Lee's YouTube channels - so many cool conversations are being had there! I'm also including their websites so you can check out what each of them do
